How to read the statuses. Prepared means the document is built and waiting, and we have not emailed it yet. It is deliberately not called "viewed": an e-sign provider stamps a signing link "viewed" the moment the link is created, so a document nobody has seen can read as counterparty engagement. PageHawk translates the provider's word into ours and shows ours, and any row where the two disagree says so when you open it.
Every counterparty sits in exactly one bucket, and the buckets are checked against the campaign total on every render (the strip above the table). A counterparty can never be counted twice, and nobody can go missing without the strip turning red.
The entity is the signer of record. The person underneath signs on its behalf.
Nothing here is calculated in this window. The rollup, the bucket assignment, and the reconcile all happen in PageHawk itself, and any credential for the sending engine stays on your Mac. This surface renders what it is handed.
